Hand Made Wood Pallet Plank Art Sculpture Table Lamp With Edison Bulb

$75

Got Light? The sultry ambiance generated by this lamp makes me think of warm evenings watching the sun go down. Shapes bounce off the wood and every angle looks great. Even the back of the lamp is attractive. The base with 4 round padded feet sits high enough to let the cord out with no obstruction. The Edison bulb is purposely left in view from the side. The height of the pallet plank lamp is 23 inches and the base is 9 inches wide. These lamps are one of a kind and each lamp is cut from a single piece of wood. I can cut the wood in various shapes, just ask. I am planning to make a sitting cat very soon. The finished shape and size will be similar to the lamp shown, but I need to cut around the knots so there will be some variances. Custom colors and finishes are available as well.

Past Prezence has one of the largest collections of VINTAGE Asian Arts as well as VINTAGE home furnishings and ladies fashions.

Our philosophy: In addition to the Chinese origins of Zen Buddhism, present day use of the word ZEN also refers to unity of mind and body, as well as intense mental focus.

We include ZEN in our name out of respect for the workmanship that went into so many of the pieces being offered. It was common for a stone carver to spend weeks if not months working on a single small jade sculpture. Similar time went into most of the hand painted Chinese porcelains even though they were not destined for the emperor’s use. The same can be said for the effort to produce extremely finely printed silks scarves and garments, very fine bead work in some antique ladies purses, carved wood screens and sculpture, Mother of Pearl cabinetry, and many more mediums.

We created a most unusual space to view the range of these fine works.

My husband is an architect and a craftsman. Together we use products from out vast inventory to re-purpose and create items which are unique for you.
