This is a desk I just completed a few days ago. It is 58" wide, 24" deep, and 6" in thickness. The legs are welded (by yours truly) 2.5" steel tubing with a hammered steel finish. It was build to accomodate a 61 key midi controller for a home studio. It includes matching monitor and speaker pedestals to save surface area (not to mention, they look pretty dang cool). Walnut stain with a high-gloss lacquer finish. The keyboard sits on drawer tracks, allowing you to slide it out when you need it, and tuck it away when you don't.
TimberCraft Manufacturing Co.
About Me: My name is Morgan Hopfensperger and I am a professional woodworker. I feel that woodworking is as much an art as it is a profession, and is a medium that connects us with our environment. I've been known to drift off in public places, scrutinizing and appreciating the craftsmanship in pieces wherever I am.
About My Business: TimberCraft Cabinets started with the idea that every musician is unique, and their equipment should reflect their individuality. This business started as strictly a speaker cabinet manufacturer, but has grown and evolved into a general woodworking business. We have completed large scale build-outs for retail stores, coffee shops, film studios, and trade show exhibits.
About My Work: Everything we manufacture is custom, made by hand, and responsibly sourced. We use traditional woodworking methods to achieve a modern style. Many of our projects are built with reclaimed wood, making every piece a little piece of history.
