Shipping Policy

For smaller gift items (e.g. bottle openers) we will via USPS Priority and include tracking for our customers. For larger furniture pieces we ship via white glove couriers, and this comes at no additional cost to our customers. Our couriers will deliver this pieces into your home but will NOT assemble. We ship the legs and tops separate (unless otherwise stated) and install threaded inserts for assembly. It takes around ten minutes to line up the legs and install and we make it as easy as possible for our customers.

If you're unhappy with your product we'll provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All that's asked is that you show us your receipt and describe any problems and we'll refund your order 100%. We'll also work with you to figure out what we can do to improve your experience for next time. Should a full refund be requested we ask that you return your item to us at the return address given on your package. If you've lost it, no big deal, we'll gladly message you the address to return to. We'll process your return after one of the following occurs: you provide us a working tracking number OR we receive the shipment. All return shipping costs will need to be covered by the buyer.
