Shipping Policy

We serve the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Delaware area. We will also ship nationwide. We ship FedEx and UPS and for bigger pieces we will ship freight. Crating/packaging expenses will be figured into shipping costs. There are no crating expenses when delivered in person or if the piece is picked up at our shop.

Accepted Answer

Pieces are all one of a kind so there are no refunds or returns. If you place an order and then cancel before we start we will refund the full amount minus any processing fees. If cancellation takes place after the custom building has started there will be a minimum charge of 50%, and a maximum charge of full cost of the piece depending on how custom the piece is.
