I ordered a Handmade Horween Chromexcel Black Leather Field Notes/Moleskine Cover Wallet from Jose', recently. Unfortunately, I never did verify the overall dimensions of the finished item and when I received it I loved everything about it: craftsmanship, finish, beautiful to hold and look at--except, it was too wide and tall, for my preference, so I emailed Jose' and requested a re-work of the piece--even admitting that it was my fault, not his. His response was just as positive as when I ordered the wallet: "No problem." I offered to pay him for the re-cutting, but he beat me by offering to RE-MAKE my wallet, if it didn't meet my approval! Every email was met with a, "Can Do" attitude, and it was such a pleasure. I received the modified/new wallet and it is exactly what I wanted. When I came across some of JP's items, I was immediately impressed. I noticed he made a leather biker wallet w/paracord chain that had the same color pattern of my motorcycle and I knew I wanted it. I asked if he could make a little change to it to suit my needs and he took care of it with no problem of hesitation. He kept me constantly in the loop of my projects progress and shipped it to me faster than I accepted. It looks great and I started wearing it right away. I love it! Thanks JP!
