Scrumptious Handwoven Chenille Scarf
Rayon chenille is a fluffy yarn that makes incredibly soft, luscious scarves. "Chenille" is French for "caterpillar", an apt description for this yarn, which blooms beautifully when washed. These hand woven rectangular scarves can be made in your desired colors, width and length, with or without fringe. The fringe shown here has a few tiny accent beads, to add just a hint of glitz. Treeditions is the marriage of a woodworker (Milton) and a weaver (Patricia). We love to make beautiful and unique creations. We feed ideas off one another, and help each other even when only one of us is the maker. More joint projects are in our future.
Patricia has been weaving since 1990, and teaching weaving since 2002. She enjoys using colorful yarn and other materials to make the world a bit more vibrant and intriguing. Her scarves are designed to please the wearer, feeling and looking wonderful.
Milt has been cutting up wood for over 65 years. He blends modern ideas with classic designs. From boxes to furniture, he can help your home resonate with the warm tones of beautiful wood.
