Big items will be delivered by third party shipping professionals through  Uship.com or other agents. 
Customers inside or near San Diego can pickup their finished product or opt for third party delivery. All above through the maker or the customer.

Installation can be discussed but usually not carried out by the maker since most items in the listings are stand-alone units and doesn’t need installation.

Big items returns are limited to obvious defects, damage during transportation, or obviously design noncompliance. Returns transportation costs are payable by the customer. No cancellation accepted after materials are purchased by the maker, a grace period of 3 days is the maximum period for any cancellation. Small items are returnable such as a wooden cutting board or a wooden key holder and alike small items are returnable within a period not exceeding 14 days. Returns transportation costs are payable by the customer.
