If you cannot pick up your item at our shop in Framingham MA, we can deliver most furniture locally ourselves. Otherwise, we can arrange shipping to most continental US locations.

Custom projects usually involve significant time for planning and ordering materials. Thus, once a custom project is started we cannot accept cancellations. If the project is in our lineup of offerings, we will consider refunding a percentage of payment as long as finishing has not started.
