Ferkingstad Construction is a general contractor and builder for the Greater Seattle area

We understand the enormity of any home building project and thus, Ferkingstad Construction is committed to the highest quality service for each and every customer. We want a perfect continuum of design, function, aesthetics, and detail.

Structural integrity, quality craftsmanship, and inspired designs are the hallmark of Ferkingstad Construction

Today, Ferkingstad construction is known for their high quality custom homes. They are thriving and growing and recognize that the heart of their business rests entirely on the satisfaction of their customers.

We also offer custom cabinetry and furniture in our in house cabinet shop. Andrew takes pride in the fact that he is the master craftsman behind each piece, doing 90% of the work himself not subbing things out to subcontractors, unless absolutely necessary for the perfect finished project.
