DOMESTIC (US) orders will be shipped either via USPS First-Class mail within 4 days of purchase. Made-to-Order items are typically produced and shipped within a week. Shipping costs include the cost to package and transport items. I will COMBINE shipping if you purchase more than one listing. INTERNATIONAL shipping is by USPS First-Class Mail. Expected delivery date varies with the destination. Please be aware the buyer is responsible for all local fees, duties, licenses, and customs charges. HOLIDAY customers: Please remember to allow ample time for shipping and handling for holiday orders.

We do our best to accurately show and describe each item and every item is unique with variations. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund the purchase price. We will not be able to refund shipping costs. If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, please notify me within 3 business days of receipt and I will exchange it with a similar replacement item of equal value.
