RETURN POLICY Custom work is non-refundable — but your complete satisfaction is a prime concern. In the unlikely event that a problem arises, I will act upon it immediately and work with you to resolve any issues. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY Because material procurement and/or production typically begins shortly after the order date, a cancellation fee may be due to recover some costs. Any fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION All items are individually handcrafted and made to order. Actual colors, textures, and finishes may vary from the images shown on product pages. Given the handmade character of my work, each piece will be unique and variations should be expected (and celebrated). Materials used to construct products are carefully selected. Keep in mind that wood is a natural material that may contain knots, cracks, insect and tool marks, as well as variations in color, grain, and texture. These characteristics enhance the uniqueness of each piece that I build and are not considered defects.
