CUSTOM MADE INDUSTRIAL STEEL COASTERS
These handmade urban industrial style steel coasters feature attractive rounded and polished corners and edges. Coasters measure 4" x 4" and are thoroughly sealed with a durable clear coat. They also have cork pads underneath to protect surfaces and keep them from sliding. Available in sets of 4 or more. Also available with a matching coaster holder.

My background in art, design, and fabrication allows me to apply different methods and materials for projects. I work with wood and metal to create distinctive items that will exceed my clients expectations.
A bit of (tongue-in-cheek) personal history:
When I was 9 years old, I stepped on a board with a rusty nail and became hooked on woodworking.
When I was 12 years old, I watched my father arc welding a project in his fabrication shop. After the blindness subsided, I bought a welding helmet and went to work . . .
The first time I accidentally hit my thumb with a hammer, I yelled at the top of my lungs in a foreign language. The second time, I went out and bought a smaller hammer.
If I had a dollar for every splinter I've pulled out of my hands, I could go to law school. Then I would be able to sue the trees.

Aug 10, 2017The project was well packaged, and came to me delivered as undamaged. The finished 'railroad spike' shelf&items rack is truly magnificent.....it is beautiful! Both the craftsmanship and the 'old wood patina' is most pleasing to the eye. I am overly pleased. ......and, it makes my leather furniture look good. I would suggest to you that my 4spike length shelf is quite heavy (quality old wood) - and care be taken to its mounting. I am going to secure mine to wall studs. I wish to have ordered a 5spike length - but still quite satisfied. "well done Ray!"
