Canlin is a furniture designer and craftsman who has a passion for creating original pieces that are influenced by the period styles of great American furniture: William and Mary, Colonial, and Shaker. As a traditional woodworker, all of his work is done using only hand tools.

At Canlin Handcrafted, we are firm believers in preserving our planet's resources, so we only use woods that come from sustainable forests or reclaimed sources. All of the pieces are solid wood and are held together using traditional joinery methods such as mortise and tenons, pegs, and hand-cut dovetails. The finishes used are not only traditional, but are also environmentally safe and non-toxic.
