SHIPPING: I ship via FedEx Ground to the lower 48 states and Canada. Shipping times and lead times are listed in each item description. All items are securely packaged. International Orders: Please contact me for quotes. Buyers are responsible for all or any brokerage and customs fees and any taxable duties. INSURANCE: All items are insured for their full purchase price. A delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you at time of shipment. UPGRADES: If you would like a shipping upgrade and need something shipped fast, or would like combined shipping, please contact me and I will get a quote for you right away.

There are no refunds on custom orders. All sales are final. However, if a problem does arrive such as if your item arrived damaged due to shipping, you must notify me immediately upon receiving the item. Take photos of damage and email to me for insurance purposes. Keep the original packaging as well. Contact me so I can work with you to resolve the problem.
