For Adirondack Patio Set4.7Eddy Mora did an excellent job making two Adirondack chairs for me. As we agreed, he shipped the finished chairs unassembled to reduce our shipping costs. The parts arrived beautifully packaged and labeled, which made reassembling them very easy.
The finished products are wonderful. All solid cedar, smooth finish, nice edges and fit, just as I had requested when I submitted the project to custommade for bids. Eddy communicated frequently to let me know how the project was progressing and to ask for my preferences on things like packaging and wood finish.
I'm very happy with Mr. Mora's work, and I will use his services again.

For Alicia's Statue5.0Eddy was absolutely fabulous to work with! He updated me through every step of the process, with pictures when applicable. And his work was phenomenal - exactly what I wanted and was hoping for. He shipped the statue/carving before the date he had guaranteed, and it was wrapped very well to protect it too. I can't overstate how happy I am with the wooden donkey (a present to my husband for our anniversary - an inside joke), and would work with Eddy again in a heartbeat. Great experience!!

For Nicole's Cake Toppers2.7I think Eddy was very nice to work with. His samples looked perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately due to his documenting our need by date wrong he had to rush the project to get it on time and I think it decreased the quality of the work. One piece was broken when it arrived, not Eddy's fault, but it, coupled with cracks in the piece, the eyes not done very well, colored clay on areas it didn't belong and the fact that we din't get to see it until it was shipping to meet our date, lead to the rating of a three. I would actually try to work with Eddy again, just making sure that the date was regularly communicated so I could get his best work.
