I ship anywhere. Customers have to be aware that shipping price depends on insurance, weight of the art piece, dimensions and distance. Large items are sent by freight.

Refunds: Refunds will be honored in cases where client is unsatisfied with end product but only after trying to reach a resolution. I do not offer returns after client has acknowledged or approved a project, or have approved shipping of a project. I do not accept returns due to customer negligence in handling the artwork, neither by negligence in part of the shipping company. If the art arrives broken I will fix at no cost as long as the customer returns it without further damage. Customers pay return shipping. If art gets lost or badly damaged in transit, I will have the option to recreate at no client expense after following investigation and tracking of the shipment. Cancellation: No cancellations are accepted once the project is initiated. Time is involved in the creation of sketches, research and preliminaries. If client wishes to cancel, these fees will still be charged as normal project costs. Full project cancellations have to happen within the first 8 -12 hours from accepting a proposal.
