Mar 7, 2016Mark was incredibly professional. This was unlike most of my interactions with tradesmen. Mark was awesome at communicating what he could and could not do. He even came up with some suggestions when initially his solution wasn't quite what I wanted. He sent updates and was happy to show an example of the product ahead of time. He delivered ahead of schedule and even went the extra mile to throw in a tool to help with installation (which was beyond the scope of the project). He cut some numbers for me out of steel. I highly recommend working with Mark.
