He even came up with some suggestions when initially his solution wasn't quite what I wanted. He sent updates and was happy to show an example of the product ahead of time. He delivered ahead of schedule and even went the extra mile to throw in a tool to help with installation (which was beyond the scope of the project). He cut some numbers for me out of steel.
