Western Basketweave Handtooled Belt Personalized
Our custom belts are truly one of a kind and made custom to your order. We use 8-10 ounce premium tanned leather. You choose the colors and size of the belt. This design is the basket weave pattern with a name or initials on the back. The letters on the back can be color matched to the belt or painted any color you desire. It measures 1-1/2 wide and whatever length you need. It comes standard with a basic belt buckle and snaps making it capable of swapping different buckles. AP Saddlery started as Paul's Saddle Shop in 1991. Paul Wiedeman, the founder, specialized in Saddle Repair and a few custom leather work projects. His grandson, Austin Morris, grew up playing in the shop and watching him work, eventually starting projects of his own.
When his grandfather passed in 2011, Austin began to take over the shop.
In a few short years, Austin found opportunities to produce custom products for people that are affordable and handmade. He then founded AP Saddlery as a blend of old-school western ways with modern styles of today. Together with his wife, they brought the brand to its current state.
We are proud to say that our products are Handmade in the USA. We use premium products that are designed to stand the test of time. All of the designs are custom and can be personalized to include almost anything. We even accept custom orders for projects that are not seen on our site. We believe in customer satisfaction and stand by our products and work.
