Shipping Policy

I can ship anywhere in the United States and will calculate the rate based upon the carrier, ship to address and dimensions of the piece. The customer can choose from FedEx, UPS or USPS and I am happy to provide a rate comparison before a choice of carrier is made. I do include tracking for any carrier. Pick-up is a free option for those in the New York area from my studio in Crown Heights. I will deliver to Brooklyn, Manhattan or Queens for a $50.00 flat rate.

In the event that you are not happy with your piece or the painting arrives damaged, I do offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied and would like to return the piece, please notify me within 3 days of receipt and return the work within 15 days of receipt. I will provide a refund minus any shipping or delivery costs once I have received the work in it's original condition. I cannot accept returns outside of this timeframe. If the work arrives damaged, please notify me within 3 days of receipt with documentation of the damage. Upon notification, I will asses the damage and ask if you would like a refund or for me to remake the piece. I will need the painting to be returned, but in the event of damage, you will not be responsible for shipping costs.
