Shipping charges are variable depending on the item. We only charge what is reasonable and appropriate. Small items can typically sip via the major carriers. Large items may need to ship via specialized carriers that we trust.

We take great pride in our work. However, we understand that expectations can vary. To that end, if you purchase something and are unsatisfied with the result, we will work with you to the extent possible until you are satisfied. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be canceled. For stock items purchased directly from our portfolio, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let us know in advance of accepting a proposal.
