In most cases we ship USPS Priority the day following completion of the order. We find USPS Priority prices far superior than that of its competitors. If you would prefer UPS or FedEx, please let us know and we'll get back to you with a quote.

Should you not be happy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. I do accept returns in the original package, in the original condition it was sent to you. It's very important to me that you are satisfied with your product. More than even, I want you to absolutely love it and I am willing to devote my time and energies to that end. Custom orders are unfortunately not refundable for reasons that I believe are obvious. Please understand that I make one of each of these items for the purpose of showing and advertising. I usually do not sell these prototypes because the second iteration is almost always better. So all of my products are made to order. Please understand that this is not my day job, so to ensure the work is done correctly I require the allotted time for each project.
