One day, I was in a gallery delivering some of my work. I had just moved and was searching for someone equipped to make the frames for my mosaics. When I mentioned this to the gallery owner, she showed me the craftsmanship of another artist that turned bowls and pens along with explaining his other wood working skills. Soon Walt started making my frames and shortly after we teamed up to combine our talents and ideas to create one of a kind hand-crafted pieces from reclaimed wood, glass, and copper sometimes combined with other unique materials. Everything is designed and made in Wilmington, North Carolina.

For Barn Wood BenchNot happy with the final product. The bench is wobbly, it does not sit flat to the floor and shifts back and forth as if the scews are not strong enough. This bench is not safe to sit on. The finish is sticky to the touch. Poor construction. It's held together with 4 screws. Craftmanship is completely absent. The packaging is a nightmare...with thousands of peanuts to deal with and tightly wrapped bubble wrap. I have a huge mess to clean up and a poorly constructed piece. Very disappointed. Please, make arrangements for a return asap.

For Custom Shadow Boxes For Military RetirementsI have to say this was a well rewarding experience with this maker. The timeliness was a little off, but the maker provided an explanation for that. Otherwise, everything else was spot on and exemplary. I will be using this maker in the future, because the quality and value of the finished product is hard to beat. V/r Joe
