Most of our products are custom ordered so if you change your mind when you receive the item and send it back, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If something is broken or not right, we will do our best to make sure to make it right. If you want to cancel an order on a custom item and we've already begun to build it, we may request a labor fee and refund the rest depending on how much time was spent on the item. Bottom line - we want you to be happy with your item and create the perfect product to fit your home style.
