Sep 4, 2018Never received final product. Asked Jon for red oak stain. Benches were finished in a light birch/pinkish color. Sent them back nine months ago. Followed up with Jon for months. When he chose to respond to my emails or answer my phone calls, I was told, it would be another month. Benches still haven't been completed and now Jon is telling me to come pick them up. Really? I paid $2K for this circus?

He kept in touch throughout to let me know how it was going, and made a fast and easy delivery. We are very happy with the result of our project.
