At that time you can request anything to be changed if need be or if you are just not satisfied with the final product then there is no obligation to purchase. BUT, ONCE I RECEIVE AN APPROVAL MESSAGE FROM YOU THAT THE TOPPER IS TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS ALL SALES ARE THEN FINAL AND NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED.
