Jun 13, 2016I am satisfied with the time frame but because I don't live near the gift recipient, I was hoping for a photo of the finished product so when I got the email saying it was being shipped out and see the photo attached, I got all excited only to email them asking where I can see the photo and was told they packaged it up so quick to ship it out that they forgot to snap a pic of it! :( That was disappointing. My Aunt says its very pretty but she doesn't know how to send me a pic of it so I am hoping its what I wanted..........Then, another thing was that she didn't know who it was from since there wasn't a note saying it was from me so for a whole day, she wondered who sent it and I had to track the shipment (which was left at the front guard gate of her development for a day) and then call her asking if she received something......was expecting them to add my name in it knowing the shipping name and address was different? But am more upset that I cannot see the finished product which I cannot make sure it looks like it was supposed to being that I cannot see it in person.

Mar 24, 2016Pros: product came very quickly, very pleased with the look of the engraving Cons: my only con is the actual engraving made up way less of the board than is shown in the picture - I'd say about half of the width of the board has the engraving and I was expecting it to be larger as shown in the picture.

Dec 17, 2015This was a gift to my sister and husband who are Oklahoma Thunder fans. They loved it. They couldn't get over the fine details, exactly like the stadium. I do not live nearby, but they sent me a photo. Fantastic craftsmanship. I do have a great photo I can share. Here are my complaints and they fall under communication. This was a gift. There wasn't a way to notate that when I made the purchase, no gift card option. When they received the package they had no idea who it was from. I never saw a link where I could North Beach Art directly, everything was through CustomMade. I never knew the details of the shipment date so I could tell my sister. Other than that it was perfect.
