We ship via the cheapest carrier, which is typically USPS or FedEx depending on weight, size, and location. We can ship larger items, however it is always cheaper if it is a local order that can be picked up or delivered personally.

Timber Forge Woodworks likes to build and deliver projects in 6 weeks or less, but reserves the right to extend this time period or cancel an order, though we have never done that. For typical custom furniture projects we usually ask for 1/2 the project price up front for preparation and materials, but this may vary. We currently have only gotten positive feedback from our customers and have immediately modified any items that did not meet specific expectations. We are a small shop and really love and care about our work and customers, who include restaurants, builders, and homeowners. Returns/Refunds: Since all our work is made with loving care, we've never had a return issue. We are always more than happy to adjust issues prior to the buyer wanting to return. Please allow us to deliver 100% satisfaction before taking alternative actions. We reserve the right to offer or deny refunds or returns under certain circumstances on stock items, as long as we are contacted within 20 days after product has arrived. We are unable to do any returns or refunds on custom work under most circumstances, but please contact us for any concerns.
