The NINE 5 Gallery will ship all over the continental United States. If you live within 25 miles of Cleveland, OH we can personally deliver. We use UPS, FedEx, and UPS as well as others.

Maker Policy

We require a down payment of 50% to begin a project. The balance is due upon completion. We do not accept returns on custom pieces. we build in fail safes and check points along the way to keep the customer informed and involved of the progress being made. Any cancellation made after the work has begun the down payment is forfeited. Work on your project will not begin until the down payment is received. You will have a 24-hr grace period from the time the payment is received to the start of work to cancel penalty free. Note: Major changes to design mid-project will result in additional cost. This policy will be brought up during the design change discussion to remind the customer. This protects us and the customer. Any further questions may be addressed during the design process.
