Shipping Policy

We ship everywhere! Usually through UPS or FedEx. We also personally deliver within about a one hundred mile radius of our home base city of Buffalo. Obviously with custom work there are exceptions to every rule so shipping will be decided based on each situation.

Refunds will only exist when clear neglect is shown by maker on aspects of the project including due date, design, and craftsmanship. We cannot be responsible for inaccurate measurements or lack of measurements for a certain space given by the customer. Cancellation will only exist if the specific project has yet to be started. If something comes up please contact as soon as possible for best chance of possible cancellation.
