Due to the nature of custom projects refund/cancellation policies are such that once a custom order has begun there are no refunds or exchanges if cancelled by the customer. If I am unable to complete the order as requested due to extenuating circumstances on my part, I will refund monies less costs of materials already purchased. I pride myself on the satisfaction of my customers and try to do whatever needs to be done for complete satisfaction. The item shipped will be a high-quality, defect free item. Insurance is highly recommended to cover any possible damages / losses while in transit, once the item leaves the shop, DannFarr Quilts is not responsible for losses or damages.
