If destination for shipping is within 75 miles of our location we will hand deliver anything we make. If you're outside that we will work with you to arrange shipping. We can hand deliver over the 75 mile range but for an additional cost that we can discuss.

-Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. -For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 60 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. -If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
