We use USPS, FedEx and UPS to get the best shipping rates available. Depending on the size of the piece you order, it will either be boxed and shipped ground, or on pallets and shipped freight. Please inquire for more information.

REFUNDS \~ No refunds on custom work that is designed for the client, however, I guarantee satisfaction. I will work personally with my client from conception to delivery to ensure that. RETURNS \~ I will do whatever it takes to make my client love their project. No returns accepted on Custom work. CANCELLATION \~ Once materials are ordered, there will be no refund for down-payment. If a project order is cancelled and I have no materials on order for the job, a 75% refund of the down-payment will be returned. 25% will be payment for design and scheduling.
