I ship all over the Continental U.S. Depending on the piece it will either be crate shipped or white glove delivery.

I take 50% down and the remainder when the piece is finished. I will document the piece and send photos via email for approval. Once approval is made I then require the remainder of the balance paid in full. Then it will be shipped white glove. Because this is custom, the piece is built specific to the request of the client. If the piece varies from the approved proposal or there is a manufacturing defect I will work to resolve the issue either by repair or replacement at no cost to the client. If there is a cancellation after the piece is in progress there will be no refunds given.
