Segmented Wooden Football
Using Walnut and Maple hardwoods, each football is made of 72 "segmented pieces" plus 10 pieces for the laces. Each segmented piece is precisely cut at the proper angles to form the body of the football. The finished football is approximately the size of a regulation NFL football. A polyurethane finish is applied to the finished product for protection and beauty. Contact me for special orders using other hardwoods. Contact me for quantity orders also.
