Shipping Policy

If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal. Your item(s) will be shipped as soon as possible after completion of the artwork. This generally takes about 2-3 weeks, sooner if backlog allows. You will be notified of your place in the queue upon order receipt. I can personally deliver items in the RDU area, and will ship domestically through UPS Ground. International shipments will need to be reviewed on a case by case basis (for cost and/or customs requirements), and will be examined at time of proposal.

I take great pride in my work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to adjust the design free of charge. Please contact me if you have any issues. Each return will be handled on an individual case basis. Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and mailed with Delivery Confirmation.
