This sculpture is a wonderful piece of metal art that could adorn your wall! It features trees, mountains, pagoda, bridge, and a gate. This is a HAND MADE piece of art, approximately 24" tall by 48" wide, made of 16 gauge steel with a 1" deep band which creates wonderful shadows on the wall. 16 gauge is heavy and durable, but does not make the item too heavy for hanging so it can normally be hung without finding a stud in the wall. Brackets are welded to back for ease of hanging. Custom sizes are available up to 48" tall by 96" wide. The piece is cut out of steel, by hand, with a plasma cutter and the band is hand rolled. I do not use any kind of automated machine to mass produce these! These are hand-made in my shop, one at a time so there will be slight differences between each one I make. I feel this makes each one a true original! Each piece is POWDER COATED satin black, signed and dated by me. Powder coating is extremely durable and allows them to be utilized outdoors. Almost any color is available upon request at no additional charge. As is usually the case, the pictures do not do this piece justice. Metal is very hard to photograph. I am a retired engineer, residing in Round Rock, TX, who discovered the joy of metal art in 2011. I am currently into "Trees of Life" but also design and build almost anything out of metal (decorative iron gates, handrails, custom creations, etc.). Commission pieces are welcomed.
