Earth art and foods is a homestead established in the 1980's on the foothills of the Ozarks. The physical studio is open on weekends by appointment from 8am - 2pm.
Mahdee is a self-taught woodworker and home builder. His love for woodworking was kindled in early 1980's when during one summer he assisted in a woodworking shop designed for people with disabilities. All of his products are his original designs and are often accented with varieties of unique concepts.
Peggy is a self-taught woodworker and craftswoman. She enjoys concrete art as well as woodcrafts utilizing mostly reclaimed products. She was the recent 2nd prize winner at a contest with instructable for making a beautiful swan from a chunk of wood.
I was absolutely amazed at the quality and beauty of this piece. Not only is it elegant, it is utterly practical and easy to use. It has clearly been made with a craftsmanship that is not easily compared. I am very, very happy.
