Shipping Policy

We are shipping to lower 48 states in US. Smaller products will be shipped via FedEx Ground; and larger products will be shipped LTL Freight. Typical delivery time is 3-5 business days. Tracking number is always provided with shipment confirmation. We also offer local pick up for our Arizona customers.

Our priority is our customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not happy with our products, we would love the opportunity to correct it. Return must be authorized by Second Chance Pallet. Our customer is eligible for a full refund up to 60 days from the receipt of our product. Our customer will be responsible for packaging and return shipment. Upon receipt of undamaged product, we will refund full purchase price. Shipping charge is non-refundable. Products that are made to your dimensions and specifications are considered special order; Special orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable Any orders that have not been started can be cancelled at no charge. Once we begin production, we will not allow order cancellation
