All my product are hand made with great pride in my home shop in eastern North Carolina. This is a one of a kind 6" x 3" Ring Bearers keepsake box made of Spaulted Oak. I am a Desert Storm, Iraq, and Afghanistan Veteran. I have been wood working most of my life. At 53 I was looking for something to do when I retire from my day job (Helicopter Mechanic). So I started building Memorial Flag Cases for fellow Veterans and their families.
I take great pride in crafting heirloom quality pieces that will last a life time. I try to use reclaimed urban lumber, (yard trees that were going to end up in the dump or fire wood). All the joinery is done the old fashion way, mortise & tenon, spline joints and so on.
