Like a baby's bottom. -Mostly single boards, rarely glued up if under 10" wide -Woods grain is wet twice during sanding process with water to raise the grain. Then sanded at higher grit levels each time making for a more durable smoother finish in the wood not on the wood. -Durable food safe Salad Bowl Oil finish for longer finish life than mineral oil which washes away quickly. -Available in small to large to meet all needs and functions.

I am a one man shop located in the driftless prairie hills southwest of Madsion, WI.. Patrons are alway welcome to visit and help select wood on custom projects and take a walk in the prairies.
I am a designer - craftsman of 40 years experience.Using highly figured woods, designed for functionality and to have a timeless quality. The wood is carefully select to accent its beauty.I work to very high standards, finish the pieces with attention to detail and to how the piece feels to the touch. Providing my clients with a works which are functional, beautiful and hopefully embody a piece of my own soul in some way. The relationship I have with my clients matters to me and to the joy it brings me. My work is a part of me not just a way to make a living.
