Shipping Policy

I will ship anywhere, but for areas outside the US i would have to go to UPS and have them calculate shipping personally before committing to a sale; my shipping calculations are based on US only. I have stopped using the USPS because they don't honour their insurance policies when they damage parcels, so i don't trust them. i don't know if UPS is better, and it is more expensive, but i as yet have no proof that they are as careless as the USPS has been. I would personally deliver purchases in the area, especially delicate items that it would be impossible to ship, or would allow pickup from the customer at my studio. Feel free to contact with questions on shipping, delivery, or pickup.

Custom orders will be presented with photos of the final product for approval before shipping and payment. Cancellation after payment but before shipping will receive a full refund minus processing charges associated with custommade.com and payment services. returns will receive a refund minus shipping and processing costs; it is my intention that nothing should need to be returned. if something is damaged in shipping, the customer must deal with the delivery service at their end, but i will provide what assistance i can.
