New Guinea Impatiens

New Guinea Impatiens

$550

This window insert is the left panel of a pair built for my living room bow windows. Here we blend together the beautiful colors that New Guinea Impatiens offer. Besides color, there is a variety of glass characteristics and textures to choose from when developing a design - transparent, translucent, opaque, etc. 26 X 26 inches. Inserts require careful measurements of the opening it's intended for down to the 16th of an inch. Of course this panel can be framed for hanging.

About Me:
After struggling with retirement for a some time, I renewed an old interest in Stained Glass. It worked! Now it's become my passion and I can't wait to get up in the morning. I've kept busy building window hangings for myself, creating gifts for our six children and so far for half of our 12 grandchildren. I've also done a hand full of items for charitable silent auctions. I can't stop, so I have my front porch windows populated and farm out still others at a couple of coffee shops. I'm always looking for more commissions.

About My Work:
My stained glass creations are strictly two dimensional and always lead construction - No copper foil, No fabricated joints and No painted glass (occasionally I have used a bit of paint for fine detail). My "Leaded Stained Glass Art Panels" are designed to add beauty to your space and can hang from your windows or ceilings - anywhere that sunlight reaches. I also do window and cabinet door inserts. If you see something of mine you like, but want it modified - no problem. I design my own patterns and can change sizes as required.

About Us:
I truly enjoy natural subjects with soft lines that are pleasing to the eye. I use geometric shapes sparingly - generally for borders. I'm not your guy for abstract stuff, however mosaics interest me. I'm looking forward to my communications with you (the buyer) and our relationship through Custom Made. Let's talk!
