Retail items are available and can be returned for a refund, but shipping will not be refunded. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. All custom orders are final, but if it is a mistake on my part changes can be made up to 5 days after the customer receives it. Once a custom order is placed, changes cannot be made or canceled. However, I'm human and will do my best to work with you to the best of my ability if the progress in the order allows. Understand that custom orders may sometimes take longer than anticipated, so there may be times where the time estimation given could be longer.
