Chomo Series Glass Panels
These sculptural glass panels measure 48"x8.75"x0.5" and can be customized in terms of dimensions and color palette. The panels can be hung on the wall as artwork, ambient lighting, modern stained glass or even a coffee table or end table. There are many possibilities with this unique material. The panels in the photos are made up of 400 hand cut pieces of glass that are then fired in a kiln for over 24 hours where they fuse together to become one solid piece of glass. Each panel is unique and handmade here in the San Francisco Bay Area. There are many options in terms of size, design and colors. About Me
After completing his graduate studies in Architecture and Art History, Romy worked as an interactive designer for the next ten years. Longing to return to the design world, he spent a year learning about glass fusing, electronics and modern manufacturing techniques to create Looma. He plans to design other products and installations that combine interactive technologies, glass and LEDs. Originally from Ottawa, Canada Romy now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
