Tidbit Faerie, Customize Into A Doll, Ornament Or Pin
Tidbit Faeries are only 3" tall, the perfect size for a pin, ornament or tiny doll. The basic doll is child-friendly, made from wool felt and cotton knit with embroidered features. Inspired by Waldorf dolls, this little faerie has a wired body for posing and playing. Custom made in your choice of colors for skin, hair, eyes and suit. Some accommodations can be made for additional items (bells, buttons, ribbons, etc.)

Hi! My name is Jennifer Carson and I live in New Hampshire with my husband, four sons, and many four legged friends. I grew up on a steady diet of Muppet movies and renaissance faires, and would occasionally be caught reading under the blankets with a flashlight. I hold a bachelor's degree in creative writing and have been teaching art classes since the age of 16.
I see art possibilities in just about everything around me, from rusty nails, to discarded books, to that handkerchief your grandmother left you in the will. My preferential materials are fabric, threads and fibers.
I also like to rescue materials (like discarded books or vintage quilts/fabrics/lace/buttons) and put them to good use. Oh, and who doesn't love a good inspirational or meaningful quote? You'll find those in my work too.
My business, The Dragon Charmer, started as a sewing pattern business and has grown to include decorative, and practical, handmade items for the home or for personal use. I like to make the practical pretty, and the impractical useful.
