We will gladly accept returns based on dissatisfaction of Of items that were made on a case-by-case basis, however we work closely with customers to ensure that they are getting the product they specifically ordered and wanted for their homes. Most orders will require a deposit for materials and to ensure that transaction will be completed in case of cancellation a portion of that deposit will be returned dependent on the items that were ordered
