Applicable design, shipping and crating fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refund will be issued upon receipt of returned item in identical condition as when originally shipped by seller. In the event an order is cancelled, buyer will be responsible for all costs reasonably related to the creation of the order incurred by seller up to the point the cancellation request is received by seller.
