Shipping Policy

It would be a shame to let something as silly as shipping to keep a client from being able to enjoy the pieces they desire. That being said, I understand that when it comes to shipping large items things get a bit expensive. Because every piece is a different size and weight, it is hard to put a standard on the shipping method. If possible, and practical, I prefer to deliver the pieces in person and if we life within 100 miles of each other, its FREE. Farther than that, well, we can figure it out. But lets agree on one thing: if you want it, I'll get it to you.

This is one of those awkward things no one likes to talk about so lets talk about the positive first. I back everything I make 100%. If it breaks (under normal use) or does not meet (hopefully exceed) your expectations and the agreement we've made prior I will absolutely refund your purchase or make the required adjustments. As far as cancellations go, the down payment is non-refundable. This sucks, I know, but your down payment doesn't go into my bank account but to the lumber yard for the required material. That being said, I understand things happen and come up so I will always be willing to work with you as much as possible if a cancellation needs to be made; obviously, the sooner the better as I will be unable to refund any money that has been spend on your project.
