A necessity for giant breeds, these raised dog feeders are something special, taking your animal care to new stylish heights. Original designs and responsibly sourced, these are brimming with character, sure to be a talking piece at your next swanky shindig while keeping your furry friend happy. The bold, angular frame is made from welded square steel tubing. Reclaimed if I can find it, but mostly new. The raw steel is finished with a clear coat, preventing rust and maintaining the unique, raw characteristics of mild steel. The wooden top is the star of the show. In it's gouges, swirling knots and twisting fractures, these 1.5" thick chunks of reclaimed trailer planks are bold, unique beauties. Before finishing, all voids are filled with a clear resin to prevent catching and snagging, fortifying structural integrity, and showing off all the beauty of reclaimed wood in an incredible, seamless finish. Once sanded smooth through five progressions, a clear, minimal finish is applied, making the wood pop while keeping a natural, smooth feel to the wood (and protecting from dog slobber).
